COOPER, William "Bill," 65, of Richmond, passed away Thursday, January 17, 2013. He is survived by his son, Travis Cooper and his wife, Catherine; and granddaughter, Nina Claire Cooper. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 11020 West Broad Street. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, January 25, in the Mausoleum Chapel at Westhampton Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society .
