I agree with Tom Eure, the band was so loud it was impossible to carry on a conversation with our classmates which was the reason we were all there.

Woody, do you remember Dr McClurkin, our Biology professor at Randolph- Macon, and the leaf collection field trip we took walking around Ashland while he held court? Great RMC memories. Last year my son and I did a cycling workout and had breakfast in Ashland and toured the campus...huge improvement!
Betty was a good friend, who was always grounded and yet had a 30,000 foot view of life.
She had a true North compass which I always admired and remember to this day..
I had an opportunity to visit with Betty frequently when I was dating a woman, who also attended MWC in 1967-68, when I was at Randolph Macon.
Unfortuanately, we lost contact with one another after graduation.

Lynn, I hope you saw the comment I posted about Larry in response to your solicitation a while back. I hope we have an opportunity to talk at the 50th Reunion in a couple of weeks.
